BSA 500 - 650 Twins engine rebuilds include:
New bore, pistions, rings. New valves, guides, and springs. Turned crank undersize bearings. New main bearings. Sludge trap cleaned, pressure test crank. Cylinder and cylinder head bead blasted. Cylinders painted UHT Gloss Black. New clutch plates and springs. Primary chain and tensioner Pazon Electronic Ignition	Trans bearings and parts as needed. All new gaskets, o-rings, oil seals. Phosphor bronze R/H main bushing line bore main bushing to L/H main bearing center clearance .001in Shim crankshaft end play. Balance crank assembly. 200 Watt alternator
